Refund policy
Last updated: April 20, 2026
Our Database Reactivation Campaign carries a $10,000 new-revenue guarantee. If we don't deliver, you don't pay.
1. What we guarantee
If your business does not generate at least $10,000 USD in newly booked revenue within 21 calendar days of your campaign launch, you are entitled to a full refund of the $2,500 campaign fee.
2. How "new booked revenue" is measured
New booked revenue means paid or scheduled work attributable to the campaign — appointments booked through the campaign's landing page, SMS responses, inbound calls generated by the campaign, or bookings in your scheduling software tagged to the campaign attribution code we install. We report this to you in writing on day 21.
3. How to claim a refund
To claim a refund:
- Request it in writing by emailing erison@forgeline.ai
- Within 30 days of your campaign launch date
- Reference your client name and campaign launch date
4. What we require from you
For the guarantee to apply, you must have:
- Provided the required customer database (CSV export from your scheduling software) on time
- Provided requested branding and offer details on time
- Not materially altered or withdrawn the offer during the campaign period
- Not suppressed a majority of the database after launch
- Given us scheduling software access required to track attribution
If inputs arrive late or incomplete, the 21-day clock starts once all materials are in hand.
5. Refund mechanics
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method you used (Payoneer, PayPal, or bank transfer)
- Processed within 14 business days of an approved refund request
- We issue full refunds only — no partial refunds
- One refund claim per client
6. Non-refundable circumstances
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Client-initiated cancellation after campaign launch for reasons unrelated to campaign performance
- Client failure to provide required inputs in a timely manner
- Client suppression of a majority of the provided database after launch
- Force majeure events outside either party's control (natural disasters, infrastructure outages, regulatory action)
7. Dispute resolution
If there is disagreement about whether the guarantee has been met, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution by email within 14 days. If unresolved, the service agreement's dispute-resolution clause applies.
