1. Who we are

Forgeline is operated by Erison Hysa as a registered Person Fizik in the Republic of Albania, located in Koplik, Shkodër County. NIPT and fiscal registration details are maintained in accordance with Albanian law.

2. Services

Forgeline provides AI-powered database reactivation campaigns for home service contractors in the United States. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are set out in an individual service agreement executed between Forgeline and each client. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer — a written agreement governs each project.

3. Payment

Services are paid in full upfront unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are stated in the service agreement.

4. Guarantee

Our flagship Database Reactivation Campaign carries a $10,000 new-revenue guarantee. Terms, conditions, and mechanics of the guarantee are detailed in our Refund Policy and in each client's service agreement.

5. Client data

Data provided by clients — including customer lists, campaign assets, and scheduling access — is used exclusively to deliver the agreed services. We do not sell, license, or share client data with any third party except the service providers necessary to deliver the campaign (email delivery, SMS gateways, voice AI infrastructure), all of whom operate under their own confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

6. TCPA and compliance

All campaigns are designed to comply with the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state regulations. Clients are responsible for confirming their prior express written consent to contact the customers on any provided database. Forgeline does not contact individuals with whom the client has no pre-existing business relationship.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forgeline's total aggregate liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement. Forgeline is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Intellectual property

Campaign assets, scripts, and sequences developed by Forgeline remain the intellectual property of Forgeline, with the client receiving a non-exclusive license to use them for their business. Client-provided data, branding, and proprietary information remain the property of the client.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Albania.
